We cannot guarantee a deposit return as that is at the landlord's discretion, but we can provide a receipt confirming a professional clean was carried out, which is what most tenancy agreements require.
How soon before moving out should I book?+
We recommend booking 1 to 3 days before your check-out inspection so the carpets are freshly cleaned at the time of assessment. Avoid heavy foot traffic on the carpets once cleaned.
Do you clean carpets in furnished or unfurnished properties?+
Both. For furnished properties we move lightweight furniture during cleaning and return it. We ask that larger items such as sofas and beds are cleared to one side where possible so we can reach the full carpet area.
